The Key Measures
Source Audit:The mill that produces the steel has been audited and its ability to produce the grades of steel has per standard has been verified
Supply Quality Audit:The ordered batch of material has been tested as per standard and the test certification results are traceable to batch supplied via heat no’s or batch nos.
Physical Traceability:The physical batches have corresponding heat no’s or batch no’s traceable to mill test certification.
Compliance to Standard:The physical batches have been randomly or wholly checked for compliance with regard to dimensional tolerances and weight.
Evidencing of Process:Pre receipt and pre shipment inspection is conducted complete with photographic evidencing of process or as per customer inspection scope

Business Process Alignment: Our physical business processes are aligned towards ensuring traceablity of quality and material is stored and moved in batches in and out of the warehouse
